Kinky Friedman, the singer of such classics as "They Ain't Making Jews Like Jesus Anymore", "Get Your Biscuits In The Oven And Your Buns Into Bed", and "Rapid City, South Dakota, is on the move up in the Texas Governor's race polls.  He's now sitting in 2nd place.
