Looks like the Lost Trailers may be about to join Jack Ingram and Pat Green as "crossover artists" into the world of FM Country Radio.  Their latest "Chicken Fried" is poised on the Radio and Records chart to jump into the Top 50.  I suppose some of their Americana fans will complain about the "sell-out", as the song does have some patriotic overtones.  We all need to remember that Americana fans want to hoard all of their favorite performers away from the common man.  They need to remember that the common men out there have jobs, friends, and other things to do rather than to scan obscure radio stations for the latest and the best new music.  These latest offerings from the Lost Trailers and Jack Ingram will serve the public as good introductions to some dudes that the public should know more about.  Go get em, fellas.
